We are well under way with the Cross Country season. It has been very exciting. Quincie is doing quite well this year. And has brought home some new hard ware. On Thursday we head to Districts in Aberdeen. The Cardinal Cross Country dominates on the girls side. And the boys have been doing well, they need to run GREAT on Thursday. But I have no doubts That they can do it. I'll keep you posted.

Syd racing at Sandy Downs. By the time she crossed the finish line her shoes weighed more than she did. She is fun to coach and Sue is so glad to be one of the Coaches of such a wonderful group of kid. Why to go Syd your awesome.
